Mildly inconvenient visualization for FLK-D202

Hi.

I noticed that for FLK-D202 (No blank lines allowed after function docstring), the visualization is mildly inconvenient. More precisely, the first line of the docstring is marked instead of the blank line after the docstring.
Of course this is no big issue, just pointing out that it could be improved given time :slight_smile: Also this would be a good think for the auto-fix feature, I guess …

@Bibo-Joshi Highlighting the issue lines with richer context is in our pipeline.
We will drop a release note as soon as this is done.

Also, passing on the autofix request for FLK-D202 to the team right away!
