I have a use case where I may need to configure a specific version of the transformer (in our case, we’re using black@23.x.x. The reason to pin to an older version is due to breaking changes in version 24.x.x.
My impression from the docs is that there isn’t an option to specify the transformer version? Can anyone confirm?
Hey @ktr – Currently, black transformer is on v24.2.0. We are working on a feature that will allow users to choose a specific version from a whitelist of versions. Will post an update here when that is released.

Hi, any updates on when this feature will be available on DS? It would be super-helpful to have uniformity of linting/formatting rules when running locally and on DS remotely. This would help my dev team salvage some otherwise wasted time trying to do this manually.
