Why is your sales team not available during European hours?

I am trying to speak to your sales team but they have no availability between 1am and 5:45pm, so basically the entire spectrum of working hours in Europe. Why on earth is that?

Strangest thing that I am having to chase up a sales team, rather than the other way around!
