The tab appeared on the left, but when clicked it is stuck on syncing. (I see a picture and Initializing… below). Had been going on for more than 10 minutes already
@beliboba Could you share a screenshot along with support bundle (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P → >DeepSource: Generate support bundle in VS Code) and send it to support@deepsource.io?
I have been able to solve this problem? the same thing happens to me

We have the same issue across MULTIPLE users. Any resolution for this? Being unable to leverage the extension greatly reduces the value of the tool.
We have one team member that was able to at least get it to initialize (though not work) while others could not even get it to initialize and therefor couln’t generate a support bundle.
Seems to be a widespread issue.
